Good condx on 10m this winter could lead to an interesting ARRL 10 meter contest this year. XV2RZ and XV1X should be active this week end as should be XV4Y and XV9DX but with limited on air time.

VARC chairman and presidents at Dayton
Nguyen Minh Duc de XV2REH and Nguyen Bac Ai de XV2A were hosted by ARRL at Dayton Hamvention. They toured ARRL Headquarters and discussed plan for the next IARU region 3 conference.
