From November 5th to 9th, Ho Chi Minh City will have the pleasure to host the participants of the 15th IARU Region 3 triennial conference.

The current Region 3 Directors will meet just before and after the conference and the Directors who will be elected at the conference usually join the outgoing directors at the meeting after the conference.
