XV4Y is known to be QRV for CQ WPX Contest but only with reduced time. The strongest effort should be expected from XV1X as usual. Also look for 3W3B, XV2LC, XV2W…

Is it possible to rent a station to operate in Danang and Hue when I visit VN?

Yes I think you will be able to operate from Da Nang and Hue. You just have to apply for a license.
I am not sure of the two cities belong to differents “prefix zones”, but perhaps you will need two licenses.
Regarding the shack rental, I don’t if there is any in those cities. You’d better to take your own rig and some wire if you want to travel light.
